Privacy and texting terms

The LN Co is L&N Associates, LLC, a Louisiana company in Keithville, Louisiana ("we," "us"). This page explains what we collect when you use thelnco.com or contact us, how we use it, and the terms for text messages.

What we collect

When you send a form or call or text us, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email address if you add it, the home you are asking about or the property you want to sell, and the details you choose to share about your situation. Calls to our buyer line are recorded and transcribed so we can serve you better; you hear a notice at the start of the call.

How we use it

• To call, text or email you back about your inquiry, and to follow up on it.
• To tell you about a home that fits what you told us, or about your options for selling.
• To keep our own records of who we talked to and what was said.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing. Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We use service providers (a phone system, a web host, a form relay) only to run our own business.

Text messages

If you check the box on a form, or text us first, you agree to receive text messages from The LN Co about your inquiry at the number you gave us. Message frequency varies; usually a few messages about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Reply STOP at any time to end messages, or HELP for help. You can also call us to opt out.

Fair housing

We follow the Fair Housing Act. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status or disability.
