What we do
We buy houses and we sell houses, and we keep it that simple.
- We buy houses in Shreveport, Bossier City, Keithville and DeSoto Parish, as they sit: behind on payments, facing a sheriff's sale, inherited, worn out, or full of someone else's things. Sometimes we pay cash. Sometimes we take over the payments and pay the owner over time. Either way, the closing is at a local title company, on a date the seller picks.
- We sell homes on rent to own. We own our homes, so there's no bank to qualify with. You put money down, it goes toward the price, and you make a monthly payment while you work toward owning the house.
The two fit together. Many of the houses we buy get fixed up and become someone's rent-to-own home.
Who you'll talk to
- Who runs it: Technically, Charlie and Bill own The LN Co. Savannah runs it. They chase the deals and stir up the chaos; she keeps it organized, on schedule and out of trouble. It works better than it has any right to.
- Selling a house: Charlie takes our seller calls at (318) 714-4321. We'll ask a few questions, look at the house, and lay out what we can do, plainly and on paper.
- Looking for a home: Vana answers our buyer line at (318) 310-4663, 8 AM to 8 PM every day. Call or text.
You'll be talking to people here, not a national call center that sells your information to someone else.
Meet the team
Two guys who can't stop buying houses, and the one person who keeps them from buying all of them.
Charlie, co-owner, seller side
"Sell it to Charlie, or let Charlie sell it."
Charlie lives and breathes real estate. He's an avid investor who buys, fixes and sells houses across Shreveport-Bossier, and he's one of the top-selling agents at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Ally Real Estate in Bossier City. Most house buyers can do only one thing for you. Charlie can do both.
If The LN Co can buy your house, you get our offer in writing, with a closing date you pick. If buying it doesn't make sense for us, Charlie can list it for you on the open market and work to get you top dollar. You're never stuck with one answer. Behind on payments, inherited a house, or just ready to move on: whatever your situation, Charlie will lay out every option plainly and take care of you from the first call to the closing table.
Call Charlie at (318) 714-4321.
Charlie is a licensed REALTORĀ® in Louisiana with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Ally Real Estate. When The LN Co buys a house, he is buying as an investor, not as your agent.

Savannah, manager
Savannah is the one who makes things happen. She runs the office, keeps every deal on track, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks, from the first phone call to the day you get your keys. When something needs doing, she's the go-to person, and it gets done.
She graduated summa cum laude, holds a black belt in martial arts, and is raising two beautiful boys, so a tough closing doesn't rattle her. If you're looking for a home, you'll likely meet her on our buyer line, where she goes by Vana.
Call or text Vana at (318) 310-4663, 8 AM to 8 PM every day.
Bill, co-owner
Bill has been buying and selling real estate in Shreveport-Bossier and East Texas since the last century (1999, to be exact). In more than 25 years he has bought houses in every condition and helped families into homes the banks wouldn't finance, and he has seen just about every situation a homeowner can face. He's the one who sits down with you at the end, goes over the numbers and the terms in plain English, and makes sure the deal is fair and done right.
Call Bill at (318) 924-3383.
Bill and Charlie handle the deals. Savannah handles Bill and Charlie.
How we work
- No fees when we buy. We don't charge sellers anything when we buy your house. If Charlie lists it for you instead, the usual listing commission applies, and he'll go over it with you up front.
- Straight answers. If listing your house or talking to a counselor or lawyer would serve you better, we'll say so.
- Your information stays with us. We don't sell it or share it for anyone's marketing.
- Fair housing. We follow the Fair Housing Act in everything we do.
What we are not
We are not a law firm, a lender, a housing counselor or a government agency. Nothing on this site is legal or financial advice. If you're facing foreclosure, a HUD-approved housing counselor is free, and a lawyer can tell you your rights.
Where we work
We serve Caddo, Bossier, DeSoto and Webster parishes in Louisiana, plus Harrison County, Texas (Marshall and Waskom). That covers Shreveport, Bossier City, Keithville, Greenwood, Blanchard, Benton, Haughton, Minden, Springhill, Mansfield, Stonewall and the towns around them.
