Introduce us

Know someone who needs to sell a house, or wants to buy one? Introduce us. We’ll buy you dinner.

Sellers, buyers, neighbors, cousins, the neighbor with the bass boat: we’d love to meet them.

Send us their name and number (with their OK) and we’ll take it from there, faster than a Barksdale jet clears the Red River. As a thank-you, you get a $50 gift card to a local restaurant or store for every introduction we can follow up on, and when the deal closes, your friend gets $200 toward closing costs.

Real estate agents: when a referred deal closes, we’ll send a $200 referral fee to your brokerage under a written agreement, or put $200 toward your client’s closing costs. Whichever you prefer.

Know someone who needs to sell, or wants to buy? Send them our way. Send us their name and number (with their OK) and we’ll take it from there.

How it works

  1. Ask first. Get your friend’s OK to share their name and number.
  2. Send it over. The form takes less time than merging onto I-20 at 5 o’clock.
  3. We take it from here. If it’s an introduction we can follow up on, you get a $50 thank-you gift card for a local spot (crawfish season counts). If they sell to us or buy from us, they get $200 toward closing costs, or $250 if you passed on the gift card. You never negotiate, show a house, or talk price. That’s our job.

Make the introduction

About a minute. We call your friend, not you, and we only reach out because they said it’s OK.

Your friend wants to… *

Private. We never sell anyone’s information or share it for marketing.

Fine print

Thank-you gifts are restaurant or retail gift cards worth $50 or less. They are not redeemable for money, are never Visa, Amex, or other prepaid cards, are limited to one per person per calendar quarter, and are not tied to whether a sale happens. They are a thank-you, not payment for real estate services. Referrers only share contact information with the person’s permission and do not negotiate, show, advertise, or discuss price or terms. When a referred deal closes, the referred seller or buyer receives a $200 credit toward their closing costs ($250 if no thank-you gift card was taken for that introduction), written into the purchase agreement and shown on the closing statement. The $200 referral fee is available only to actively licensed real estate brokers and agents in LA or TX. It goes to the sponsoring broker under a written referral agreement signed before The LN Co goes under contract, and a W-9 is required. The LN Co buys and sells real estate for its own account and does not represent buyers or sellers. Co-owner Charlie Nance is a licensed real estate agent in Louisiana with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Ally Real Estate. We won’t call or text anyone who hasn’t agreed to hear from us. Program may change or end at any time. Void where prohibited.

Licensed real estate agents aren’t eligible for the personal gift card; for agents, the thank-you is the brokerage referral fee or the client closing-cost credit above.

The same offer applies in Louisiana and Texas. Questions: [email protected].
